Certain baseplates can be compatible with multiple trim packages or models but it's always a case by case scenario. Some baseplates might have a chunk of metal that interferes with the trim of specific model or that specific model could have different attachment points than standard models.

I definitely think that all base plate kits should come with plugs for when the vehicle isn't being flat towed, but this looks to be a hit and miss kind of thing, and the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521453-5 you were looking at for your 2023 Jeep Wrangler doesn't come with the plugs. The etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit # e86YR will fit perfectly fine with the Tremor skid plate on your 2022 Ford F-150. The base plate will take the place of your tow hooks and while the Tremor package looks a little different, the tow hook locations are the same so you're good to go!

Since your 2016 Forest River Georgetown XL 369DS has hydraulic brakes the Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo # SM99251 would be a compatible fit. There shouldn't be any issues with that setup. The etrailer # e74ZR fits the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521453-5 and the NSA ReadyBrake is just a hitch insert so it will be compatible with any tow bar. The etrailer tow bar comes with safety cables so the only other thing you will need is wiring and possibly a high-low adapter.

The Blue Ox Patriot Radio Frequency # BLU37TR is pretty much universal with the only limitations really just coming down to there being enough space to fit and properly mount against the seat to push on the brake pedal. You may have to play around with the feet on the main unit and move the seat forward but you shouldn't have an issue using the Patriot as your supplemental braking system. Hey Joel, to answer your first question I'm not entirely sure what you can do temporarily considering that the key that fits into the Dexter Trailer Breakaway Kit # 34-285 uses a special shape that wouldn't be easily replaceable.
I'd just recommend waiting until you get the Replacement Breakaway Switch with Cable and Pin for Dexter Trailer Breakaway Kit # K71-691 before towing your trailer again.
